Additional notes from the Author:

As the workshop is made up by the participants, and each person in the room will make a huge difference to what actually comes up this is a “live and unscripted” event to help create individual and group awareness, leadership habits and win-win alignment.  No two workshops will be the same, as everyone’s personal take-away will be different and very dependent on what they BROUGHT into the room.

The exercises will bring up unpredictable and surprising examples that each individual can reflect on and relate back to their stressors in their business, companies, competition, stereotypes, belief systems, old habits, family and personal daily lives.

Each individual will feel a sense of responsibility to “Show up” in the room and this will be a direct reflection of how they operate and show up in their own lives. This is done in a safe and non-judgmental environment so each participant actually feel supported to matter what they do or say.

Urgency and the invitation to leave the room and live their lives on purpose is created through a light – life & death simulating game. They will also get to observe what their distractions are and what their habitual way of thinking or where their default neurological pathways take them in their thoughts, emotions, body positions, language, action and hence their RESULTS.
